You can pick your order up Monday - Friday between 10am - 4pm but for same-day turnaround, orders must be placed by 11:30am CT. If you would like your order locally hand-delivered (same day deliver or otherwise), you can choose the free local pickup option at checkout and then schedule an Uber Package Pickup or a local courier to pick up and deliver the gift. For courier deliveries, we recommend you call and schedule the pickup/delivery BEFORE placing your order with us as their prices and delivery times vary. 

*If you have an order of 20+ gifts going to the same address, we can typically accommodate delivery with you, just contact us for details before placing your order.

How far in advance do I need to order for a local pickup?

If you place your order by 11:30am CT, we can have it ready for pickup between 12-4PM that same day or you can choose a future delivery date. We offer local pickups Monday - Friday (not on weekends).
