2020 Holiday Shipping Deadlines 

We are expecting a very busy holiday season. Please place your order no later than Monday, Dec. 14. Note that all carriers will be experiencing shipping delays and any orders received after our deadline can not be guaranteed to arrive before Dec. 24. 

How far in advance do I need to order for a local delivery?

*WE HAVE TEMPORARILY PAUSED ALL LOCAL HAND-DELIVERIES FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR TEAM. WE CONTINUE TO OFFER FREE LOCAL PICKUP AND SHIP NATIONWIDE.* We accept same-day orders for Austin local delivery/pickup, but orders must be placed by 10 a.m. CST. For larger orders (special events, corporate gifts, etc.) we ask for as much notice as possible to accommodate.

For shipped orders, we will have a 1 business day turnaround time to get the boxes in the mail via FedEx or USPS ground and then it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on where it's going and carrier delays. We do offer 2-day and overnight shipping as well. We do not ship or deliver on weekends. Shipping to Austin or most surrounding cities in Texas typically takes 1 business day, and it takes about 2-4 business days to ship everywhere else in the US. We always ship the fastest and cheapest option.

Where do I pickup my gift box?

We are located at 2307 Thornton Rd, Suite 110 Austin, TX 78704. 

Where do you source from?

The idea behind Bon Vivant is to offer a convenient, but unique, high-end gift delivery service that appeals to all genders and occasions. We do our best to source locally, but we also feature a number of small-batch brands from all over the US. We are always researching and testing out new products and goods, only selecting the finest and highest quality, which means we may rotate items as seasons change. Can I choose the items in my box?

We take great pride and are very meticulous in selecting all of the items in our featured pre-curated boxes. Each box is thoughtfully curated for the theme of the box, and we feature only the highest quality goods and products. As times and seasons change, certain items may also, but they will always be comparable. Several boxes allow you to customize them by choosing the scent of candle, print, and more. 

We do offer our BYOBV (Build Your Own Bon Vivant) feature that allows you to personally choose any 2-9 items. Just add them to your cart and we will package them up beautifully and send them to your recipient with love.

What if no one is home or available to receive the delivery?

We always prefer that you give us a location and delivery time where someone will be available to receive the box. We are happy to leave gift boxes with front desk personnel, so long as we have your permission. We prefer not to leave boxes sitting outside of doorsteps as the items inside are likely to get damaged and we don't want to risk someone having a bad experience. If no one is available upon arrival, we will call the person who placed the order and arrange for a different drop-off or leave the gift box on the doorstep, if required. NOTE: For shipped boxes, boxes WILL be left on doorsteps via FedEx/USPS. Shipped boxes will not contain perishables during summer months and will be in standard mail packaging. 

Can I choose the type of flowers I'd like in my arrangement?

Since we source our flowers locally, we choose the freshest and best quality available and they vary. You CAN choose between a fresh arrangement (for local deliveries only) or dried flower bundle. 

What is your refund/return policy?

Client satisfaction is our biggest priority, so we will always do our very best to make your experience amazing. If you are ever not satisfied with your service, box, or overall experience, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will issue a refund and/or a new gift box immediately.
