What is your turnaround time?

We typically process orders as soon as they come in (during business hours) so we can ship them out or have them ready for pickup that same day, as long as the order is placed by 2PM CT. If we are shipping the order, it takes about 1 business day to arrive to an Austin address and can take up to 2-5 biz days to arrive to other states, depending on how far away they are. We always take into consideration your desired delivery date and do our best to ship your order to arrive on or before that date. We also offer UPS 2Day and Overnight shipping options. We do not ship internationally and we are closed on the weekends. **For larger orders, it's always best to contact us via the Chat feature or email/phone and we can quickly let you know turnaround times and logistics.

Do you offer local deliveries?

We do! We currently deliver to the following zip codes: 78701, 78702, 78703, 78704, 78745, 78746, 78731, 78735.

Need same-day delivery to an outside zip code? We recommend contacting a local courier to arrange delivery. You can call them to get a quote and schedule the pickup for your order. We recommend doing this before you place your order with us, and when you do, choose the free local pickup option at checkout. We offer same-day turnaround for delivery if order is placed by 11AM.

512-DELIVER (just call that number) or Austin Express Couriers at 512-447-0985, both offer 24/7 deliveries. We're located at 2307 Thornton Road Suite 110 Austin, TX 78704 and our pickup hours are Monday - Friday between 12 - 4pm.

Do you offer custom/corporate gifts?

Yes! We can work with just about any budget and quantity and offer a range of ways that we can incorporate your brand/logo. For orders of 10 or less, we can typically turn those around within a business day. For larger orders, the more lead-time we have, the better. Visit our Corporate + Custom Gifts page to get started!

Where do you source from?

We do our best to source locally, but we also feature a number of small-batch brands from all over the US. We are always researching and testing out new products and goods, only selecting the finest and highest quality, which means we may rotate items as seasons change. Can I choose the items in my box?

We take great pride and are very meticulous in selecting all of the items in our featured pre-curated boxes. Each box is thoughtfully curated for the theme of the box, and we feature only the highest quality goods and products. As times and seasons change, certain items may also, but they will always be comparable. Several boxes allow you to customize them by choosing the scent of candle, print, and more. 

We do offer our BYOBV (Build Your Own Bon Vivant) feature that allows you to personally choose any 3-9 items. Just add them to your cart and we will package them up beautifully and send them to your recipient with love.

 What is your refund/return policy?

Client satisfaction is our biggest priority, so we will always do our very best to make your experience is amazing. If you are ever not satisfied with your service, box or overall experience, please do not hesitate to let us know. We take each situation on a case by case basis.

What if my recipient never received their box?

Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time. Have them take a good look in their package delivery area/lobby/neighbor's mailbox etc. If your box shows as delivered but the recipient didn't get it, we will do everything we can to help locate it by calling the carrier and even the intended building. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be that the package was stolen or lost. We will file a claim with the carrier on our end, and suggest you do the same. That process takes up to 14 business days. If we are awarded the claim, we will happily pass that along to you.
