Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 12pm CT. If you need a same-day delivery outside of our zip codes, we recommend contacting the following:

FOR DELIVERY TO HOMES: Uber Package Delivery: Use your Uber app and choose the Send A Package delivery option. We do not recommend using Uber Package Delivery for apartments or office buildings that require codes/special access or don't have ample parking. Instructions for our address are below but you can also call or chat with us directly on the website if you have any questions!

Our pickup address is: 2307 Thornton Road, Suite 110 Austin, TX 78704. We are in the gray brick one-story office buildings and will be down towards the end on the righthand side in Suite 110. They can simply park right out front and walk in to retrieve the package.

 

How far in advance do I need to order for a local delivery?

If you place your order by 12pm CT, we can have it ready for delivery between 1-4PM that same day or you can choose a future delivery date. We offer local delivery and pickups Monday - Friday (not on weekends).

If you would like to pickup or ship, your order must be placed by 2:30pm. Most ground shipments going to Austin addresses arrive the next business day (though that is not a guarantee).

 

What if I'm picking up my box?

You'll receive an email with instructions and our address when your box is ready for pickup at out studio in 78704. Our pickup hours are Monday - Friday between 12-4PM but shoot us a message if you have questions or need to pickup outside of that window and we'll work with you!
