If you have built your own custom box, please ensure that it has a minimum of 2 and maximum of 9 items only. Call or email us if you have any special requests.

Please ensure the recipient's address is correct. We charge $20 for each returned box (plus the reship cost if you choose to reship it).

Our standard fulfillment time is within 1 business day, but may be 2-3 during the holiday season.

Your requested arrival date is not guaranteed unless you have paid for 2Day or Overnight shipping. We can never guarantee a time for delivery via USPS or UPS.

UPS 2Day and Overnight shipping orders must be placed by 3PM CST. Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed after that will not arrive overnight.
