What areas do you deliver to?

If you visit the Delivery Areas tab under the About section, we have listed all areas that we currently deliver to. As we grow, we plan to expand our delivery area and look forward to serving all of Austin! We do ship boxes nationwide for a flat $25, so if we are outside of your delivery area, consider having your Bon Vivant shipped.

How many items will come in a regular sized gift box? 

Each regular sized gift box will include 4-6 items, including a floral arrangement or succulent for local deliveries, or a dried flower arrangement or air plant for shipped boxes.

Can I choose the items in my box?

We take great pride and are very meticulous in selecting all of the items that we feature. Each box is thoughtfully curated for the theme of the box, and we feature only the highest quality goods and products. As times and seasons change, certain items may also, but they will always be comparable. For large/corporate gift orders, we will customize the boxes!

What if no one is home or available to receive the delivery?

We do ask that you give us a location and time where someone will be available to receive the box. We are happy to leave gift boxes with front desk personnel, so long as we have your permission. We will not leave boxes sitting outside of doorsteps as the items inside are likely to get damaged and we don't want to risk someone having a bad experience. If no one is available upon arrival, we will call the person who placed the order and arrange for a different drop-off. NOTE: For shipped boxes, boxes WILL be left on doorsteps via UPS. Shipped boxes will not contain perishables and will be in mail packaging. 

Can I choose the type of flowers or succulent I'd like in my arrangement?

Unfortunately, no. You CAN choose if you'd like a succulent or a flower arrangement, however! Since we source our flowers and succulents locally, we choose the freshest available. Flowers and plants will change daily and seasonally, but they will always be of the highest quality!

What is your refund/return policy?

Client satisfaction is our biggest priority, so we will always do our very best to make your experience amazing. If you are ever not satisfied with your service, box, or overall experience, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will issue a refund and/or a new gift box immediately. 

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance do I need to order for a local delivery?

We ask that you place your order 24-48 hours in advance for local deliveries. We do offer same-day deliveries, but orders must be placed by 11am CST. For larger orders (special events, corporate gifts, etc.) we ask for as much notice as possible to accommodate. For shipped orders, we will have a 2 business days turnaround time to get the boxes in the mail via UPS ground. Contact us if you'd like to expedite shipped orders at steely@bonvivantdelivered.com.

As we grow, we plan to expand our delivery area and look forward to serving all of Austin! We do ship boxes nationwide, so if we are outside of your delivery area, consider having your Bon Vivant shipped.

How many items will come in a gift box? 

Each gift box will include 4-7 items, including a floral arrangement or air plant.

Where do you source from?

The idea behind Bon Vivant Delivered is to offer a convenient, but unique, high-end gift delivery service that appeals to all genders and occasions. We do our best to source locally, but we also feature a number of small-batch brands from all over the US. We are always researching and testing out new products and goods, only selecting the finest and highest quality, which means we may rotate items as seasons change. Can I choose the items in my box?

We take great pride and are very meticulous in selecting all of the items in our featured pre-curated boxes. Each box is thoughtfully curated for the theme of the box, and we feature only the highest quality goods and products. As times and seasons change, certain items may also, but they will always be comparable. Several boxes allow you to customize them by choosing the scent of candle, print, and more. 

If you would like to fully customize a box based on our current inventory, you can do so for an additional charge. For events/corporate gift box orders, we will do custom boxes as well. Please see the Custom & Corporate Boxes page for more details.

What if no one is home or available to receive the delivery?

We always prefer that you give us a location and delivery time where someone will be available to receive the box. We are happy to leave gift boxes with front desk personnel, so long as we have your permission. We prefer not to leave boxes sitting outside of doorsteps as the items inside are likely to get damaged and we don't want to risk someone having a bad experience. If no one is available upon arrival, we will call the person who placed the order and arrange for a different drop-off or leave the gift box on the doorstep, if required. NOTE: For shipped boxes, boxes WILL be left on doorsteps via FedEx. Shipped boxes will not contain perishables during summer months and will be in standard mail packaging. 

Can I choose the type of flowers I'd like in my arrangement?

Since we source our flowers locally, we choose the freshest and best quality available and they vary weekly. You CAN choose between a fresh arrangement (for local deliveries only), an air plant, or dried flower bundle.
